[job_card.job_description]Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA a plus. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, with a strong accounting foundation. Public accounting experience in audit and assurance preferred Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accountant / Financial Analyst. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong foundation in accounting, public accounting experience (audit & assurance), and ideally, exposure to the manufacturing industry. The position will be 80% focused on financial analysis and business partnering with operational leaders across business segments, and 20% on accounting responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with business segment operations to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support business planning and analysis.
- Analyze key financial and operational metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analyses.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
Qualifications :
Compensation : $90,000-$95,000
