Our client, a growing personal care and nutraceutical manufacturer in the San Bernadino, CA area is seeking a QA Inspector to join their team! We are looking for talented & hardworking individuals to join this dynamic organization.

In order to be successful in this position, our ideal candidate will possess the following skill sets :

Ability to multi-task and inspect multiple production lines

Can thrive in a fast paced environment & learn / adapt quickly!

Detail oriented

Contract length : 1 year contract-to-hire

Location : San Bernadino County, CA

Shift : 3rd shift 10pm- 6am, with OT and Saturdays on occasion

Pay rate range : $20-25 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of personal care products, including creams, lotions, shampoos, and other related items, to identify defects or discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including defect classification, quantities, and any other relevant data.

Ensure that all personal care products comply with industry regulations and standards, such as FDA guidelines, and work towards continuous improvement in meeting these requirements.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent defects and non-conformities.

Communicate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues, deviations, or non-conformities, and report to the Quality Manager.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a QC Inspector in a GMP regulated environment.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or deviations in product quality.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to assist in process improvement and root cause analysis.

Good computer skills for recording and reporting inspection data.

Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized inspection area.
