Wisconsin Licensed RN Specialist

A company is looking for an RN Organ Allocation and Triage Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate acceptance or refusal of donor organs for transplant and ensure timely communication with stakeholders

Execute complex logistical support for organ recovery and placement, including coordination of transport and surgical teams

Participate in the development and execution of quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to clinical standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing Required

1 year of ICU nursing experience or three years of clinical nursing experience Required

Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required

Progressive nursing experience with demonstrated success Required

2 years of transplant or closely related nursing experience Preferred
