[job_card.job_description]Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volvo and other makes / models Complete multi-point inspections and provide professional service recommendations Maintain high-quality repair standards to reduce comebacks and maximize customer satisfaction Follow all manufacturer repair guidelines and dealership procedures Communicate effectively with service advisors and clients regarding complex diagnoses Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Stay current on Volvo training, certifications, and ongoing service updates Document all repairs and services performed with detailed, accurate record keeping Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician required Volvo, European, or luxury brand experience strongly preferred Willingness to complete Volvo factory training if not currently certified Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities Ability to perform repairs with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to quality service ASE Certifications preferred EV / Hybrid experience and certifications are a HUGE plus Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment for priority consideration!
