Summary

A global specialty chemicals manufacturer is looking for a Sales Director to expand its silane and additive business across the U.S. market. The company develops high-performance solutions widely used in coatings, adhesives, plastics, rubber, and fiberglass applications. In this role, you’ll lead sales strategy, grow key accounts, and accelerate market penetration in high-demand downstream industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand presence in the U.S. market
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities across coatings, adhesives, plastics, rubber, and related sectors
  • Partner with sales team on market analysis and customer relationship management
  • Build and strengthen relationships with both direct clients and trader networks
  • Deliver customized solutions aligned with customer requirements
  • Travel extensively to develop accounts and manage client relationships

    • What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent industry background
  • Proven sales experience in silane, specialty chemicals, or additives
  • Strong network of relationships with key accounts in coatings, adhesives, fiberglass, rubber, and related industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage both direct sales for large accounts and trader partnerships for mid-size clients
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S.
