Manager, Wastewater

Position Summary :

Provide knowledge, leadership and management to service assigned projects safely, profitably and in accordance with the contract documents . Plan, coordinate and schedule personnel, materials, and equipment necessary to maintain assigned accounts in good working order and sound condition.

Hiring Requirements :

• B achelor's degree or advanced technical training in the earth or environmental sciences, and / or the appropriate water and / or wastewater treatment licenses .
• 6-8 years of water or wastewater system management experience required ; leadership experience with a team of operators preferred.
• Knowledge of MA regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated proficient knowledge of water distribution and water / wastewater treatment operations with proven management experience. Must be able to identify and effectively resolve related issues.
• OSHA - 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
• Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
