Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure alignment on Identify potential risks, value engineering opportunities, and constructability concerns Maintain and update estimating databases, templates, and historical cost data. Participate in pre-bid meetings, site walks, and post-bid reviews. Support the hand-off of awarded projects to operations with a clear and organized bid 4–5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, with a strong focus on Proficient in reading blueprints and construction documents. Strong knowledge of estimating software (such as Sage 100, Bluebeam, or similar). Familiarity with labor units, material costs, and installation methods. Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
