This role focuses on building online engagement and visibility for a travel planning business through consistent social media content and communication. Responsibilities include sharing educational travel information planning tips and service-related content that helps audiences understand how professional travel planning works.

The position also involves responding to messages assisting with inquiries and helping guide conversations toward travel planning support. Training is provided on travel services messaging standards and digital engagement best practices.

As interest develops through online engagement this role includes ongoing communication with clients who request planning assistance. You will help answer questions collect basic trip preferences and support the planning process using established tools and workflows.
