React Front End Engineer - Developer Support

Responsibilitie

Team Introduction : We are the developer platform product team behind the PICO XR product. Our mission is to empower developers worldwide to build next-generation spatial computing applications by providing clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical resources. We work closely with product, R&D, and support teams to ensure a seamless and productive development experience. If you're passionate about technology, communication, and XR innovation, we'd love to have you on our team. Responsibilities : 1) Support PICO developers in using the web technology stack and PICO WebSpatial SDK to develop AR / VR / MR applications. Deeply understand and organize developers' needs, and provide solutions for technical problems encountered by developers. 2) Promptly and accurately pass on developers' technical feedback to the SDK product and R&D teams. Actively participate in technical discussions and help drive the improvement of PICO SDK products. 3) Use web technology stack and PICO SDK to create open-source sample projects that showcase SDK features, enabling developers to learn from them and get started quickly. 4) Actively advocate for PICO SDK by publishing video tutorials on social media. 5) Stay a committed learner in all technologies related to AR / VR / MR development.

Qualification

Minimum Qualifications : 1) 3+ years of experience in front-end development, proficient in practical development of the React ecosystem (React Hooks, Redux / Context, React Router, etc.), capable of independently designing and developing front-end applications (tool-based, demo-based), and skilled in core HTML / CSS / JavaScript technologies. 2) Proficient in browser debugging techniques and front-end engineering workflows (building, packaging, deployment); familiar with browser architecture and capable of quickly troubleshooting cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues. 3) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to learn new concepts quickly. Preferred Qualifications : 1) Experience in technical support for open-source projects, or active engagement in communities such as Stack Overflow, GitHub, and Discord. 2) Active technical social media presence, such as a technical blog or YouTube channel. 3) AR / VR / MR game or application development experience.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $359720 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
