Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered is full time . Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in . This role is vital to the growth and success of our agency.   • salary range : $18-$23 per hour MUST SPEAK SPANISH

Responsibilities

  • Perform policy reviews with current customers
  • Retain clients in our book of business through excellent customer service
  • Achieve sales goals and measurables by identifying sales opportunities insde the book of business
  • active outreach to current customers as well as past customers and people that have been quoted in the past
  • Solve underwriting and inspection issues that arise
  • Provide service to current customers
  • Mange pipeline through company-provided sustems and follow-up accordingly
  • Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules in our industry

    • Requirements

    If hired and you are not licensed, we will walk you through the process of obtaining your property and casualty license. Must live in CA- no remote work offered
