Making an Impact as a Customer Success Representative

• Serve as the primary, customer-facing expert on AT&T's telecom products.
• Proactively identify and recommend beneficial AT&T wireless and fiber solutions.
• Drive sales and upgrades with tailored packages and a needs-based approach.
• Master in-depth knowledge of AT&T pricing, products, and competitive differentiators.
• Manage a territory of prospective accounts, executing strategic outreach.
• Efficiently process new service orders and account changes accurately.
• Collaborate with Business Development, sharing market insights and contributing to strategy.
• Maintain high professionalism and integrity, representing SD Premier Consulting and AT&T.
