As a Senior Data Scientist on the Operational Analytics & Insights you will play a pivotal role in driving AI-powered analytics, machine learning models, segmentation strategies, and business intelligence solutions. Your work will enhance decision-making through predictive and prescriptive modeling, competitive intelligence, sales optimization, and marketing analytics strategies, ensuring data science initiatives directly impact business performance.

Beyond developing AI-driven models, you will lead the full analytics lifecycle, from problem identification and data acquisition to model deployment, performance monitoring, and business integration. Your ability to simplify complex insights for executive decision-makers through compelling PowerPoint storytelling and data visualization will be essential in influencing strategic direction. Additionally, you will mentor junior data scientists and analysts while collaborating cross-functionally to align AI and analytics solutions with organizational objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience:Data manipulation and statistical modeling as a Scientist, Consultant, Architect, DBA, or Engineer - 5+ Years; Programming Experience – 5+ Years
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or operations research, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Skills:Strong proficiency in predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics, AI, machine learning, NLP, and statistical modeling. Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face Transformers. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and model development. Advanced statistical modeling, feature engineering, and optimization techniques. Developing and deploying ML models in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or similar). Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and performance monitoring in production. Working with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Databricks. Strong understanding of forecasting techniques, scenario modeling, and optimization algorithms. Expertise in sales and marketing analytics, including customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and demand forecasting. AI-driven competitive intelligence, leveraging web scraping, NLP, and social media analytics to track industry trends. Work with cloud-based data storage and ETL solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Leading large-scale DS and analytics projects and stakeholder engagement. Executive communication and verbal / written communication skills. Understanding of UX design principles for AI-driven dashboards and business intelligence applications.Leading/mentoring projects and team members
• Hybrid Schedule: Four days in-office weekly

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI solutions using Microsoft Azure ML, Databricks, AWS, Redshift, and Fabric.

The base pay for this position generally is between $88,330.00 and $156,530.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
