Data Analyst / Data Visualization Developer

Client : CoForge | Fiserv

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Data Analyst & Visualization Developer to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Metric & Dashboard Development

    • Collaborate with Product and Business teams to define and implement key metrics, dashboards, and reports.

  • Translate business requirements into technical metric definitions and maintain documentation.
  • Create and optimize data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Qlik.
  • Data Integration & Validation

    • Work with Data Engineering to design data structures and pipelines that support analytics.

  • Validate data pipelines, computed metrics, and client-facing data extracts for accuracy and consistency.
  • Performance & Maintenance

    • Tune and optimize dashboards and reports for performance and usability.

  • Maintain a version-controlled library of visualization artifacts and reporting assets.
  • Collaboration & Enablement

    • Provide input on new capabilities and potential metrics to the Product team.

  • Train and support business users in using analytics tools and interpreting data.
  • Collaborate with platform owners and operational teams to ensure seamless integration.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related technical role.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Proficiency in modern data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with BI development processes including ETL / ELT, data modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, and DevOps practices.
  • Preferred : Experience in Banking or Fintech, Snowflake, Kubernetes, and AI / ML integration.
