A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide essential support to customers in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide multi-channel customer support via email, chat, and phone
Troubleshoot product issues using Zendesk and Jira, escalating when necessary
Own customer issues end-to-end, ensuring follow-ups and documentation are accurate
Required Qualifications
Experience with customer support tools, particularly Zendesk; familiarity with Jira is a plus
Ability to manage workload independently and stay organized
Calm under pressure with a focus on practical problem-solving
Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new workflows
Comfortable working in a remote environment and engaging with a distributed team
