Program Consultant
As a Program Consultant, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and managing service providers for outsourced services to support the Project Management Team. You will also work with the client, internal stakeholders, and the department in the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies. You will have a high-level of engagement between stakeholders, service providers, and the department leadership throughout the execution of your work. Qualified candidates must have direct experience working for or with General Contractors. A legal background or extensive experience in sourcing, drafting contracts is highly desirable. This position will primarily interface with General Contractors, Architects, FF&E, and Material Suppliers. Experience in Construction Project Delivery and directly managing vendors executing the work is preferred. This role will also be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to develop an effective sourcing strategy to ensure proper vendor coverage and resourcing.

T&T carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
