Business Program Manager

A company is looking for a Business Program Manager to provide Business Process Management support and oversee the Knowledge Management Portal.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver BPM support for security and e-commerce initiatives

Take ownership of the KM Portal, ensuring content accuracy and updates

Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Required Qualifications

4-7+ years of experience in project or program management

Demonstrated track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects

Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or comparable productivity suite

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
