Construction Project Manager

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead multiple projects from concept through completion. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You'll manage contractors, coordinate resources, and oversee all phases of construction for telecommunications infrastructure.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules (Gantt, PERT charts).
• Define scope of work (SOW) and bill of materials (BOM).
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.
• Oversee contractors and consultants; attend site walks and progress meetings.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Manage delivery of power and backhaul for projects.
• Qualifications
• Education : High School diploma required; Bachelor's in Engineering, Management, Business, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
• Experience : Minimum 4 years in construction management, project management, or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications facility design and construction codes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Preferred Certifications :
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
• Telecommunications experience and logistics / procurement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anchorage, AK.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00 / hr.
