Buckeye Power Sales is a Growth-Oriented Company Seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Power Construction Equipment Division!

Buckeye Power Sales has been providing on site power solutions for businesses, contractors, engineers, municipalities and homeowners since 1947, which makes us the oldest Rehlko (formerly Kohle r) generator distributor in the country. We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous. From power generation to light construction to grounds care – we have the machines, equipment, parts, programs & service to help you get the job done.

    Our PCE Sales Coordinators are responsible for :

  • Supporting stock and fleet management
  • Creating shipping tickets for deliveries, pick-ups, and branch transfers
  • Tracking inventory of equipment
  • Vendor and sub-contract support tracking
  • DOT & Licensing
  • Maintenance Tracking and Repair scheduling, etc.
  • Providing excellent customer service for sales and operations
  • Setting up new opportunities in the software system
  • Creating sales and rental proposals for review and submittal.
  • Producing invoices using applicable software systems; submitting and filing paperwork within established deadlines
  • Assisting with scheduling, routing, and tracking of sales and rental projects
  • Assisting with rental equipment service intervals
  • Coordinating activities between sales, parts, service, and technicians
  • Providing document copies requested by customers; print reports as needed / requested
  • Providing recommendations and develop strategies on how to improve the quality and quantity of sales and rental programs and assets

    • Requirements

  • Conforms with the core values of BPS
  • College Recommended
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 18+ years of age
  • 2 yrs prior customer service experience desired
  • Basic knowledge of the workings of power and construction equipment or willingness and ability to train and learn
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to work well unsupervised; able to work independently
  • Able to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
  • Computer skills including MS office products (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook); data entry
  • Resourceful; able to use Internet search engines
  • Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times
  • Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens
