As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to design and implement Google Cloud-based application innovation solutions. You will work alongside experienced cloud architects, data scientists, and other specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications and AI-powered solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative and scalable application solutions on Google Cloud.
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using modern software architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes / GKE, Cloud Run).
• Architect and implement solutions that integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing or new applications on Google Cloud, leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, and related tools to enhance user experiences with features like intelligent search, personalized recommendations, automated content creation, and chatbots.
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated application deployment, testing, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Utilize a wide range of Google Cloud services, including but not limited to GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Datastore / Firestore, Pub / Sub, and BigQuery, to build robust and scalable applications.
• Adapt existing applications to follow cloud-native best practices and leverage Google Cloud products and services for enhanced scalability, performance, and security.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and Google Cloud’s security frameworks.
• Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with the latest Google Cloud technologies and trends, contributing to the team’s knowledge base and continuously improving the team’s development practices.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position the target base salary pay ranges are listed below. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The target salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
