A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Warehouse Research.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an Operations Manager and a team of analysts, overseeing performance, workload, and resources
Train and support analysts in SQL query development and data provisioning to ensure high-quality datasets for research
Design and implement data warehouse solutions, facilitating project completion through coordination and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in SQL query design and optimization
At least 2 years of experience with clinical healthcare data and enterprise-wide data warehouses
Experience leading initiatives to enhance workflows and improve operational efficiency
Master's degree preferred
Experience in clinical research and supervising staff or project teams is a plus
