[job_card.job_description]Represent lead arrangers , direct lenders , borrowers , issuers , and corporate clients in leveraged finance transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related documentation. Provide counsel on structuring , regulatory , and compliance matters related to finance transactions. Oversee transactions from structuring through closing , ensuring high-quality work product and responsiveness. Collaborate across practice groups, including tax, restructuring, and M&A, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Contribute to business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record .
- Active Bar Admission in New York , in good standing.
- 4+ years of substantive experience in leveraged finance , debt capital markets , private credit , fund finance and / or structured finance .
- Experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in drafting , negotiation , and deal management .
- Directly related prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is strongly preferred .
- Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills; sound business judgment; attention to detail; and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team setting in a fast-paced environment.
