We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. This role supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, enhance client engagement, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to contribute to a collaborative marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and brand initiatives.
  • Prepare and organize marketing materials including presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
  • Conduct basic market research to support campaign planning and identify business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update company marketing records, project tracking, and campaign calendars.
  • Support the creation of written content for internal use, newsletters, and branded documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing summaries for the marketing team.
