A company is looking for a Behavior Analyst- BCBA.
Key Responsibilities
Perform client assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
Develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) in collaboration with clients, families, and service providers
Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities prescribed by licensed psychologists or psychiatrists
Required Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA)
PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
Leadership / supervision experience preferred but not required
Licensure in a relevant field that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services
