Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams to support the sales lifecycle for service supply chain contracts
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting
Administer and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and driving adoption across the sales team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
3-6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles for complex, solution-based offerings
Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
