Customer Service Representative I Summary
Full-time | Monday-Friday 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm
The Customer Service Representative ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions and suggesting information about other products. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, tracks customer orders, and works to resolve any delivery issues.
