Compensation :

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise all hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and targets for the hotel
• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members to maintain a high level of service
• Maintain and improve the quality of services and facilities offered to guests
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, guests, and the local community to enhance the hotel's reputation and business
