About the Role
As a part-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at CSMO, you'll play a key role in treating pelvic floor dysfunctions, as well as other related diagnosis such as low back pain and hip pain. You'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside a skilled and welcoming multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide effective, compassionate, and patient-centered care
- Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families to support progress and long-term outcomes
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Pelvic Floor certification required
- BLS (CPR) certification preferred
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Two years of experience as a pelvic floor therapist preferred
