[job_card.job_description]Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply / follow-up accordingly Attend business networking functions to promote the business Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis Strong verbal and written communications Strategic thinking and planning Project management and multitasking capability Strong organizational skills Exemplary computer skills, i.e. Internet & Microsoft Office Professional demeanor Personable, presentable, articulate Open, cooperative, enthusiastic Self-directed with exceptional initiative Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree Two or more years' sales and marketing experience Franchise, restoration, construction / home improvement, and / or insurance industry experience ideal

From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Paul Davis franchise professionals are available 24 / 7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.
Position : Marketer / Business Development
Hours / Week : Full-time, 40+ hours
Compensation : Strong base salary commensurate with experience
Bonus opportunities

Territory : Los Angeles
