- Manage scheduling and coordinate calendars to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and process expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and oversee event logistics, including planning and execution.
- Track reimbursement requests and program coordination tasks.
- Maintain and update financial records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide organizational support by creating systems for efficient workflow.
- Handle various financial tasks, such as budgeting and expense tracking.
- Assist with administrative duties, including answering inbound calls and performing receptionist tasks.
- Input and manage data efficiently to support office operations.
- Foster clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong proficiency in scheduling, calendar management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately handle financial records and expense reporting.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with tracking reimbursements and program coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage inbound calls professionally.
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining office records.
