Job Description

Wilshire seeks a Data Analyst to be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial data across the Finance systems. This role involves managing data flows, performing reconciliations, supporting system enhancements, and providing actionable insights. The Data Analyst will also be the administrator for critical finance systems including NetSuite, a proprietary data mart, a vendor and contract management system and Concur expense and travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Integrity

Maintain and validate financial data in finance systems (e.g., Power BI / Datamart, Netsuite).

Monitor data integrations between finance systems and upstream / downstream applications.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Finance and other stakeholders firmwide.

Identify opportunities to automate data processes and improve efficiency.

Work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure accurate data flow.

Additional Information

The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $140,000. However, base pay will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
