1. Perform air duct cleaning services using Negative Air Pressure Machines
2. Provide excellent customer service and represent the 5 Star Air brand professionally
3. Use our CRM platform to manage appointments, updates, and service notes
4. Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams
5. Collaborate with our Support, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of professional Air Duct Cleaning experience (ADC)
• Hands-on experience operating Negative Air Pressure Machines (required)
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and your own tools
• Ability to work independently and provide high-quality service
• Comfortable using CRM systems or willing to learn
• A professional, customer-focused attitude
