Home every day on a local schedule that keeps drivers close to home while still running steady freight. This position is designed for drivers who want to stay active during the day and return home at the end of each shift instead of staying out on the road. Routes are consistent, and dispatch planning keeps the day structured.

Freight runs on a dedicated account with repeat delivery locations in the local area. Drivers are responsible for unloading at each stop, making this a hands-on role with steady activity throughout the shift. Loads are scheduled in advance, which helps reduce delays and keeps drivers moving.

Drivers operate late-model Freightliner Cascadia tractors with automatic transmissions. Equipment is maintained regularly, and drivers run out of a local facility each day, returning to the same location after completing deliveries.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,450–$1,550 depending on experience and workload. Detention pay is provided when applicable, and paid orientation is included. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Requirements: Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience with trailers 40 ft or longer, must meet DOT requirements, be at least 21 years old, and pass background and drug screening.
