Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of computational and statistical methods for single-cell multi-omics analysis
Develop a framework to detect low-quality cells and create scalable statistical methodologies for integrative analysis
Curate and preprocess large-scale datasets, conduct benchmarking, and apply methods to investigate gene regulatory programs
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a closely related quantitative field
Demonstrated expertise in genomics and computational data analysis
Experience in scientific programming
Ability to develop and maintain software packages
Experience with large-scale real-world datasets
