St. Luke's Health System is seeking a BC/BE family medicine physician to join our collegial team in Meridian, ID currently comprised of four physicians and two APP's.
Our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether for preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing our patients over many years, and knowing their family, helps us understand how our patients healthcare impacts their our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including wellness exams and physicals, women's health, newborn and pediatric care, sports medicine, surgical procedures, dermatology, fracture care, orthopedics, allergy testing, bone density screening, diabetes education, and more. We also have on-site lab and X-ray facilities
