Service Technical Support

Job Title: Service Technical Support Specialist
Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct mechanical measurements of high-frequency electronic parts to ensure precision and functionality.
• Inspect sub-assemblies and final assemblies at our client's location, interpreting prints and diagrams to approve or reject components.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to quality operations.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to analyse and implement solutions within your area of expertise.
• Support team delivery goals by providing consistent and solid contributions.
• Uphold high standards of workmanship and adhere to established processes.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and blueprint reading.
• Proficient in using mechanical metrology hand tools and automated software platforms.
• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines and Optical Surface Profilers is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated competence in both electronic and mechanical domains.
