Entry Level Event Assistant

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support dynamic events, brand activations, and community initiatives. This hands-on, fast-paced role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to gain real-world event experience while making a positive impact in the community.

No prior event experience is required. We provide full training—just bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives

• Support event logistics, including materials, signage, registration, and on-site coordination

• Greet, engage, and assist attendees in a friendly and professional manner

• Help with event breakdown, cleanup, and post-event wrap-up

• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth event operations

• Collect and report attendance data, engagement metrics, and participant feedback to support future events

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable interacting with the public and representing the brand professionally

• Team-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Bonus: Experience in events, customer service, hospitality, retail, or volunteer work
