We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Online Vacation this fully remote role you will assist clients with researching planning and booking personalized travel experiences including vacations cruises flights hotels and tours.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others providing exceptional customer service and working independently from home. No prior travel experience is requiredtraining and ongoing support are provided. Multiple positions are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and book vacations including flights hotels cruises tours and excursions

• Provide destination recommendations and personalized travel guidance

• Communicate professionally with clients via email phone and online platforms

• Manage bookings confirmations itinerary updates and changes

• Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation

• Stay updated on travel promotions supplier offerings and industry trends

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Comfortable using computers and online booking systems

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Reliable internet connection and home office setup
