A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead complex global New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire project lifecycle from development through launch, ensuring financial targets are met

Create and implement comprehensive project management plans to guide teams through all project phases

Manage regional capital spending, including budget forecasting and approvals

Required Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution

Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management or a combination with Operations

Automotive experience preferred

PMP Certification from PMI is a plus

Experience in requirements and risk management is preferred
