Full Time 1099 position. W2 Option

Care Team model : 5 Physicians, 8 CRNAs

Level III Trauma Center community hospital and surgery center

Case mix of General Surgery, Orthopedics, Vascular, Neuro, OB / Gyn, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Podiatry, GI / Endo

Experience preferred.

Willingness and ability to do L&D a must

  • W2 Option has Full Benefit Package : $525,000, 10 weeks PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Basic Life, Malpractice, 401k with 5% company contribution - Company Equity
