A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve retention, adoption, and expansion goals
Set team goals and performance expectations aligned with customer outcomes and revenue objectives
Oversee the customer lifecycle execution, including onboarding, risk management, and expansion readiness
Required Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or related customer-facing roles
3+ years of experience leading or developing Customer Success teams
Experience managing retention, adoption, and growth outcomes across a customer portfolio
Experience leading cross-functional work with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams
Experience using CRM and customer success platforms to monitor customer performance
