Key Responsibilities
Oversee Team Leads and Representatives, providing support, training, and coaching
Maintain KPI reporting and improvement programs, ensuring client objectives are met
Foster communication and collaboration within a virtual team environment
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma preferred
5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner
Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations / referrals
Experience managing a high-volume call center team handling 40-100+ calls per day
