We’re looking for a passionate Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable and the software related to them . Your Impact : What You’ll Do

  • Process payments of outstanding invoices and prepare journal entries for related fees
  • Responsible for reconciliations of all A / R accounts, bank accounts, and other funding to insure our programs are getting the necessary funding
  • Preparation of A / R accruals and related reversals, journal entries for Investment distributions and revenue received
  • Ensure invoicing is complete for all funding types
  • Invoicing

Who You Are

  • Experienced in grant accounting and bank reconciliation
  • Strong non-profit accounting skills
  • Ability to reconcile revenue from various sources
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Open to learning, flexible, open to feedback
  • Committed to Christ-centered service and passionate about the mission of Circle of Care

    • What You Bring

    Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a accounting role
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check, pre-employment drug screening, and physical
  • Minimum age 21 years old
