Who We Are

Were a special-purpose district dedicated to flood control and urban stormwater management. Serving the cities of Fresno and Clovis and parts of Fresno County we cover a 400-mile service area with a team of just 76 full-time staff -each one making a big difference by wearing many hats.

Who You Are

Youre a motivated and analytical professional with :

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Public Administration or a related field
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • A passion for data analysis reporting and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting in small groups or public settings
  • A knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail

    • What Youll Do

    As a Management Analyst youll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing contracts grants and program agreements
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets
  • Coordinating and tracking Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Conducting research and analysis to support planning and program evaluation
  • Supporting program compliance and continuous improvement efforts
