Chronic In-Center Dialysis Nurse - RN

Transform Lives as a Dialysis Nurse

At US Renal Care, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in supporting patients with kidney disease under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. Additionally, you will supervise and assist Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in delivering exceptional patient care.

Your Role:

• Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, compassionate dialysis treatment directly to patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting and recording comprehensive physical assessments before and after treatments and monitoring patient progress during sessions. You'll also review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications per physician orders to ensure optimal care.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly as part of a multidisciplinary team, focusing on patient assessment and care planning. You will help ensure that staffing levels comply with state regulations and meet the center's needs under the direction of the Administrator.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Under the guidance of a Charge Nurse, adhere strictly to company policies, as well as state and federal regulations. Participate in ongoing education and staff meetings to stay updated on best practices.

This Dialysis Nurse position is based at our Macon Hemlock Clinic, conveniently located at 657 Hemlock St, Suite 100, Macon, GA 31201.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current nursing license in the relevant state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors is required.
• Ideally, possess one or more years of nursing experience.
• Previous experience in dialysis nursing is a plus.
