Internal and external contacts at high level including Directors, other Managers and staff within Churchill Retirement Living, officers of local authorities and senior partners / directors of external consultants.
Good working relationships are essential in the development of close understanding with other departments within the Company, together with the creation of good team morale and high esteem.
High level of tact, understanding and persuasiveness is essential, which has to be blended with professionalism and business acumen.
