    • Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Flexible availability based on store needs.
  • A proven track record in team leadership and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Word or similar programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective conflict management and resolution skills.
  • Integrity in handling customer and business information.
  • Experience in engaging customers and understanding their needs.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes challenging environment.
  • Physical capability to lift and move materials weighing between 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand / walk consistently.
