Management Analyst - Operations Department

Join our team as a Management Analyst in the Operations Department. We're a special-purpose district dedicated to flood control and urban stormwater management. Serving the cities of Fresno and Clovis and parts of Fresno County, we cover a 400-mile service area with a team of just 76 full-time staff each one making a big difference by wearing many hats.

Who You Are :

You're a motivated and analytical professional with :

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • A passion for data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting in small groups or public settings
  • A knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail

    • What You'll Do :

    As a Management Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing contracts, grants, and program agreements
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets
  • Coordinating and tracking Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Conducting research and analysis to support planning and program evaluation
  • Supporting program compliance and continuous improvement efforts
