Sales & Marketing Customer Support Administrator

Teledyne Controls specializes in providing cutting-edge onboard avionics systems and ground-based applications to facilitate efficient data access, management, and utilization for both civil and military aircraft operators. We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Customer Support Administrator in El Segundo. The Administrator will perform highly responsible, complex, and essential duties related to the overall organizations in Marketing & Sales Organization in supporting the day-to-day operations.

Functions are varied in subject matter and level of difficulty. The Administrator may coordinate activities between departments. The work requires the use of independent judgment and the application of thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures. Additionally, this person will be responsible for administering various system applications including, but not limited to, SharePoint site management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Administering the day-to-day operations of Marketing & Sales organization including travel, expense reports, shipping/creating short shippers, and other daily administrative/office management tasks.
  • Responsible for Denied Party Screening.
  • Responsible for general office management including managing supplies, copier/printer.
  • Responsible for updating procedures if requested.
  • Responsible for decrementing opportunities in SalesForce and back up for CFAR Weekly meetings.
  • Responsible for SIMs management supporting SIMs services.
  • Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree (A. A.) from a 2-year college degree in related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience of customer support in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software packages used at Teledyne Controls. E.g. Unanet and Salesforce.

Hourly Rate: Up to $27/hr depending on experience.

Please note the salary range posted is a general guideline for this job level and location. When extending an offer, a variety of factors are considered such as responsibilities of the position, relevant education and experience, certifications, knowledge and skills.

Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).

Salary Range: $37,200.00-$49,600.00

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
