A company is looking for a Proposal Writer who will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop tailored proposal content
Write and edit various sections of proposals, ensuring they meet client-specific needs and adhere to branding guidelines
Conduct research and analyze client needs to formulate effective proposal strategies while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Proposal Writer or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of proposal writing experience
Experience in the facility services industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with proposal formatting and design best practices
