Job Description

  • Tier 3 technical support to help the user base with issues related to the systems and their functionality.
  • Support includes maintenance of interfaces between the hosted Eagle ADMS solution and the client’s internal Case Management System (CMS), Individual Present Value of Future Benefits System (IPVFB) and Consolidated Financial System (CFS) – Oracle EBS R12.2.10.

The Eagle ADMS toolset is built using the Microsoft Web Platform Framework and Eagle provides tools to configure web panels and application navigation. The Eagle ADMS message-based architecture is designed to support template-based data imports which the client uses extensively to reduce data entry within the web panels.

  • Support custom background processes that provide near real time synchronization between the OLTP environment and the data warehouse component.
  • Identify the root cause of issues.
  • Provide recommendations of Product Backlog Item (PBIs) / User Stories to reduce tickets and stabilize the systems.
  • Detailed tracking of tickets, response, and resolution timing.
  • Support requirements definition, analysis and specification, design and design specification, development (including prototyping, coding, and configuration), testing, implementation and deployment, and operations turnover to client staff for system enhancements and emergency releases.
  • Accurately translate requirements and designs into functionality with prototyping, demos, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Support walkthroughs of design documentation and demos of functionality / prototypes.
  • Support regression testing (over 1500 scripts) and preparation for deployment to Production.
  • Peer review code to confirm it addresses the requirements and design for the release and impacts do not go beyond the scope of the release.
  • Ensure that code is regularly checked in each evening and that development processes maximize the use of MS Azure Pipelines for release development and deployment.
  • Support automated deployments in all environments, including Production, using MS AzureDevOps Pipelines and associated add-ins.
  • Participate in IPT meetings and Agile Scrum Ceremonies.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with (or 10 years of experience with no degree)
  • BNY-Mellon Eagle Accounting and Data Management Solution (ADMS) environment v 2017 R2.34

  • MS Web Platform Framework
  • Eagle tools, web panels, template-based data imports
  • Eagle's STAR reporting tool
  • Grape City's Active reporting tool (fully integrated Visual Studio components
  • Coordinate with the managed service provider, Eagle Investment Systems as needed.
  • Knowledge of MS Azure Boards & Repos.
